The Ajax FireProtect 2 RB (Heat/Smoke/CO) Jeweller is a wireless combined smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detector with replaceable batteries. It is intended for homes, flats, offices and small commercial premises protected by an Ajax system, where one ceiling unit can warn of fire and of dangerous carbon monoxide levels.
Each sensor raises its own alarm: the optical chamber detects smoke, the heat sensor meets Class A1R requirements, and the chemical CO sensor alarms when the accumulated dose passes set thresholds. The built-in 85 dB sounder warns occupants locally while the hub sends notifications through the Ajax apps and can trigger every connected fire detector. Two CR123A batteries give up to seven years of operation, and the sensors have a ten-year service life.
