CLI Secure grew out of the same job many of our customers do every day: quoting, installing and supporting security and IT systems for real businesses. We knew what it felt like to lose a morning chasing a distributor for stock that was never really there, to open a box and find the wrong regional variant, or to discover at handover that a licence had not been registered. So we set out to build the supplier we always wanted to buy from — one that answers the phone, says honestly what is on the shelf, and understands the kit well enough to talk you out of the wrong purchase.

What we do

Today CLI Secure supplies security, networking and communications hardware to UK trade buyers — installers, MSPs, IT teams, integrators and resellers, as well as end-user businesses that want trade-grade advice. The range runs from Fortinet firewalls, licences and renewals through business networking — switches, PoE, WiFi 6 access points and routers — to CCTV and access control, VoIP phone systems and business SIM connectivity. Everything we sell is new, boxed UK stock sourced through official distribution.

How we work

We are support-led on purpose. Before you order, our pre-sales team will check compatibility, size a firewall by users and throughput rather than the model number a datasheet happens to flatter, match a PoE budget to the cameras and phones it has to power, and build a bill of materials for a whole site if that is what the job needs. Sizing advice is free and it stays free — it is how we earn the second order, not something we charge for on the first.

After you order, the same people are still here. Delivery options are shown at checkout, next-day UK delivery is available on stocked lines, and if something needs troubleshooting later you speak to a person who knows what was supplied and why.

Why buyers stay

Trade customers come back for three reasons: real stock — what the site says is on the shelf is on the shelf; straight answers — if a cheaper model does the job, that is the one we recommend; and one point of support — router, switches, cameras, phones and SIMs from a single supplier, so nothing falls between two vendors when a fault needs chasing.
