How to reach us

CLI SECURE LTD supplies VoIP telephony, networking, CCTV and physical security hardware to businesses and to individual customers throughout the United Kingdom. Whichever route you use below, you will reach a person rather than a queue, and we aim to answer every message on the same working day.

Sales and general enquiries

Pricing, projects and renewals

Firewalls, licence bundles, subscription renewals and larger hardware rollouts are priced individually rather than from a list. Send us the outline through our quote request form and a specialist will come back to you with costed options, normally within one working day.

Trade accounts

Resellers, installers and IT service providers can apply for a trade account through our trade account application. Approved accounts receive contract pricing, a named contact and, where appropriate, agreed payment terms.

Returns, faults and warranty claims

Please start every return using our returns request form. We will review the details and, where the return is accepted, issue a return authorisation number before anything is sent back to us. Goods that arrive without an authorisation number cannot be booked in and may be refused or returned to you at your cost. Our returns and refunds policy sets out the rights available to consumers and the discretionary arrangements that apply to business customers.

Delivery questions

Tracking, delivery windows, offshore surcharges and back-order updates are all covered in our shipping and delivery policy. If your consignment is late or has arrived damaged, contact us straight away on the number above so that we can raise it with the carrier while the claim window is still open.

When we are open

Our sales and support lines are staffed Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, excluding bank holidays in England. Messages received outside those hours are picked up on the next working day.

Visiting us

The address below is our registered office and correspondence address. It is not a trade counter or a collection point, so please do not send goods there or call in person without arranging it with us first. Returns must go to the address shown on your return authorisation, which may be different.
