Every return needs an authorisation number before it travels. Fill in the form below and we will check the details, confirm whether the item can come back, and send you an RMA number with the address to use. Goods returned without one cannot be booked in.

Before you start

Your order number and the date you received the goods
The exact part number and, for warranty claims, the serial number
A clear description of the fault and what you have already tried
Photographs of any transit damage, including the outer carton
Whether the original packaging and accessories are still complete

What we cannot take back

Licences, subscriptions and support contracts once issued or activated
Software and downloadable products once the key has been released
Special orders and items brought in specifically for you
SIM cards and airtime products once the seal is broken
Goods modified, installed or damaged after delivery
