The Ajax Superior KeyPad TouchScreen G3 Jeweller is a wireless keypad with a 5-inch touch display, from the Superior line. It is certified to Grade 3 under EN 50131, making it suitable for higher-risk commercial premises as well as homes and offices. Users can authorise with a code, a Tag key fob, a Pass card or a smartphone over Bluetooth, and each person is identified in the event log.
The display shows system and group status, recent events and malfunctions, and offers separate tabs for panic, fire and auxiliary alarms and for up to six automation buttons. It can mute fire alarms, wake on approach and require pre-authorisation before showing system status. It communicates using the Superior Jeweller protocol at up to 2,500 m in open space. Six AA batteries give up to 1.5 years, or it can run from a 10.5–14 V DC supply with batteries as backup.
