The Fanvil Y501 is a SIP-based healthcare intercom built for home-based care, nursing homes and similar indoor settings where a resident needs a fast, reliable way to reach staff. It handles emergency communication, security alerts and broadcast announcements from a single wall-mounted unit.
HD audio and two SIP accounts mean the Y501 can register to a call centre extension and a second line simultaneously, while detachable DSS keys give staff quick one-touch access to pre-set contacts. An IP54 rating adds splash and dust resistance, useful in bathrooms and wet rooms.
