List PriceThe Fortinet FortiSwitch T1024F-FPOE is a FortiSwitch Data Center switch, delivering a secure, simple, scalable Ethernet solution with outstanding throughput, resiliency and scalability for dense high-bandwidth networking. It combines 24 GE/multi-gigabit/10GE capable copper ports — each able to deliver PoE — with 2x 100GE QSFP28 uplinks, aimed at Top-of-Rack server or firewall aggregation and SD-Branch network core deployments.
Like the rest of the FortiSwitch Data Center series, the T1024F-FPOE is managed through FortiLink, Fortinet's proprietary protocol that extends the Fortinet Security Fabric down to the Ethernet port level. The same policies configured on FortiGate interfaces can be applied directly to the switch's ports, so network security and access-layer functions are administered from a single console.
The T1024F-FPOE is commonly deployed and managed through a FortiGate with FortiLink, but can also run standalone in non-FortiGate environments. Users and devices are authenticated against the same database and receive the same security policy regardless of where or how they connect.

How is the FortiSwitch T1024F-FPOE managed?
Most commonly through FortiLink, connected to a FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall, which extends the Fortinet Security Fabric and its policies down to the switch's Ethernet ports for a single console of network security and access management. It can also be deployed and managed standalone in non-FortiGate environments.
What's the difference between FortiCare Premium and Elite support?
