Can it really run my desk phone and softphone together?

Yes — that is the point of the dual-connectivity base: RJ9 to the desk phone and USB to the PC, with the wearer taking calls from either through the same headset.

How far can I walk from the base?

DECT range depends on the building, but it comfortably exceeds what Bluetooth headsets achieve — typically enough to move around the office floor while staying on the call.

Can I answer the desk phone when away from it?

To pick up a ringing desk phone remotely, most phones need an EHS adapter or handset lifter alongside the base. Tell us your phone model and we will confirm the right accessory.

What does the MS variant mean?
