EU roaming is included on O2, with no daily charge. That is the one place O2 is plainly cheaper than the other two networks, and it matters if anybody in the business travels regularly: on Vodafone and EE the same trip is billed by the day.
The usual jobs are ordinary business lines — staff phones, a van fleet, a handset that needs to work where the office WiFi does not. Where a specific site has proven coverage on another network, the same plans are available on Vodafone and EE.
