The Pyronix FPDELTAX-LIGHT is the lightbox module for the Deltabell-X external sounder. It fits inside the Deltabell-X cover and lights up the whole front of the bell box, making the alarm system clearly visible to would-be intruders after dark. It is an add-on for the FPDELTAX2MOD or FPDELTAX3MOD sounder module, with the cover and base bought separately.

A light-dependent resistor on the Deltabell-X turns the backlight off during daylight, so it only runs when it is useful. Pyronix recommends lighter covers for backlit installations and advises against using the lightbox with red, black, blue or chrome covers, so a white or yellow Deltabell cover gives the best result. The lightbox does not replace the sounder module; it needs a Deltabell-X module to work.
