The Pyronix SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE is a mains plug-in wireless indoor sounder with a built-in courtesy light. It repeats the control panel's chime, entry/exit, alarm, fire and personal attack tones in other parts of the building, so users hear what the system is doing wherever they are. It suits larger homes, flats over several floors and small offices.

The light illuminates the entrance during entry and exit, strobes during an alarm, flashes slowly for a chime and stays on as a safety light in a fire, which also helps users who are deaf or hard of hearing. If the mains fails, the light stays on for up to 30 minutes from the internal battery. Volume is adjustable in five steps and the light can be turned off.
