The Texecom SmartCom 4G is a plug-on communicator for Premier Elite control panels that adds a 4G cellular path to the Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections of the standard SmartCom. It suits installers who need cloud connectivity on sites where the IT network is not yet running, remote locations without broadband, or systems that need a back-up path.

An on-board roaming eSIM needs no configuration, with data provided through a Texecom Cloud service subscription. It can run as single-path 4G or dual-path with Ethernet or Wi-Fi as primary and 4G as back-up, and supports the Texecom Connect app, Texecom Cloud remote servicing and Texecom Monitor alarm signalling. No inbound ports or port forwarding are needed.
