The Texecom Capture D20 is a wired Grade 2 wall-mount dual technology detector with a 20 m range, combining a quad element PIR with K-band microwave. It is aimed at installers protecting larger rooms, corridors and commercial spaces such as offices, shops, schools and healthcare sites, where long range and strong false alarm immunity are both needed.

Three modes let the detector be set for the site: dual tech for general use, PetWise for homes with pets, and CloakWise, Texecom's algorithm that looks at both PIR and microwave signals to catch intruders trying to mask their heat signature and keeps detection working when room temperature is close to body temperature. The microwave range is adjustable, with LED feedback while walk testing.
