Does the W78H need a base station?
Yes — it registers to a Yealink DECT base such as the W70B. If you are starting from scratch, the W78P bundle includes both the handset and the base.
Can I use a headset?
Yes, both ways: connect a Bluetooth headset over Bluetooth 5.1, or a wired headset via the 3.5mm jack — whichever suits the user.
