The Fanvil A12V is a high-end outdoor video door intercom for main entrances where camera quality and access-control flexibility matter more than price. A 4MP starlight camera with infrared lighting and HDR gives a clear image in low light and against bright backlighting, and a stainless-steel and aluminium alloy housing is rated IP66 (dust/water) and IK10 (impact).

Access control is genuinely flexible: it has a Wiegand port and USB port for RFID readers/keypads, RS485 for third-party controllers, and short-circuit inputs plus outputs for door contacts and lock relays, alongside an SD card slot for local logging. Audio runs to 2 SIP lines with a 10W speaker and dual-microphone pickup at up to 5 metres.
