The Fanvil H4W is a mid-tier hotel phone for rooms that need Wi-Fi flexibility rather than a fixed Ethernet run — useful in refurbished rooms or where cabling to the bedside is awkward. It registers 2 SIP lines and connects over built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 6, PoE Ethernet, or both.
Unlike the entry Fanvil H1, the H4W has no screen — guest interaction is through 5 programmable soft keys for reception, room service and similar hotel hotlines, kept simple by design. A USB-A port on the phone lets guests charge a device at the same time.
Step up to the Fanvil H6W if the room needs a colour touchscreen as well as Wi-Fi.

Does it need Wi-Fi or can it use Ethernet?
Either — the H4W has both built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and a PoE Ethernet port, so it can be deployed with or without in-room cabling.
Does it have a screen?
No, hotel guest interaction is via 5 soft keys; there is no LCD on this model.
Is a power supply included?
Yes, a 5V/2A PSU ships in the box; PoE is also supported if you'd rather power it from the network.
Can guests charge their phones on it?
