The Fanvil V62 Pro takes the standard V62 desk phone and swaps the corded handset for a Bluetooth cordless receiver — a small change that makes a real difference for staff who stand, move or step away from the desk mid-call.

Underneath it is a well-specified prime business phone: 2.8-inch (320x240) colour LCD, 12 SIP lines, 6-way audio conferencing, dual Gigabit ports and integrated PoE. The cordless handset is interchangeable across Fanvil's V-series Pro models, which simplifies spares. If nobody at the desk needs to roam, the corded V62G does the same job for less.

Frequently asked questions

Does the V62 Pro support PoE?

Yes — PoE is integrated, so the phone runs from a PoE switch port with no local power. If you do not have PoE, order a PSU alongside; one is not assumed in the box.

What happens if the cordless handset goes flat mid-shift?

The handset charges on the phone's cradle between calls in normal use, and the speakerphone remains available. The handsets are also interchangeable across V-series Pro models, so a spare can cover a busy position.

Will it register to our hosted platform?

The V62 Pro is a standard SIP phone with 12 line registrations and works with mainstream hosted PBX platforms. We can pre-provision against your platform before shipping.

V62 Pro or V62G — which should we buy?

Same core phone. Choose the Pro where staff benefit from a cordless handset (reception, workshop-adjacent desks); choose the V62G where a corded handset is fine and budget matters.
