Jabra Evolve 20 Second Edition MS certified Binaural USB A/C Headset with Volume Control

The Evolve 20 Second Edition MS Binaural is the Microsoft-certified take on Jabra's most popular entry-level office headset. It is built for organisations that have standardised on Microsoft platforms and want a dependable, corded, dual-ear headset at every desk — with an in-line volume control so users can adjust calls without hunting through software settings.

With both USB-A and USB-C connection options, it plugs into whatever machine the user happens to have. If your organisation runs a mixed softphone estate rather than Microsoft-first, the UC binaural version is the one to pick; for a single-ear MS option, see the Evolve 20 SE Mono MS.

Frequently asked questions

What does the MS certification give me over the UC version?

The MS variant is certified for Microsoft platforms, so it is the safer pick when Teams or other Microsoft tools are your standard. The UC version suits mixed or non-Microsoft softphone environments.

Does it work with both USB-A and USB-C laptops?

Yes — this model is supplied for both USB-A and USB-C connection, so one part number can cover an entire mixed fleet.

Why choose binaural over mono?

Binaural covers both ears, which helps concentration in open-plan offices. Choose the mono variant if users need to keep an ear on colleagues or walk-up visitors.

What is in the box?

The Evolve 20 Second Edition headset and manuals.
