Poly Blackwire C5220 USB Binaural Headset

You are answering questions, joining meetings, helping customers — but long days do not have to feel that way. The Blackwire C5220 is the binaural model in Poly's Blackwire 5200 series, ergonomically designed so it stays comfortable even on the longest calls, with both ears covered to keep the office at bay.

Its trick is flexibility: alongside USB, the 3.5mm jack lets you plug into the compatible device of your choice — laptop today, tablet or mobile tomorrow. Prefer one ear open? The Blackwire C5210 is the monaural sibling. Want ANC on top, step up to the Blackwire 8225.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it with my phone or tablet?

Yes — as well as USB, the 3.5mm jack connects it to compatible mobiles, tablets and laptops with a headphone socket.

Binaural or monaural — which should I choose?

Binaural (this C5220) is best for concentration in noisy offices; the monaural C5210 keeps one ear free for the room.

Will it work with my softphone?

Yes — over USB it appears as a standard audio device and works with the leading UC and meeting clients on PC and Mac.

Is there a battery to manage?

No — it is a corded headset, so it is always ready when the next call comes in.
