Do I need the HL10 lifter or an EHS cable?

If your desk phone supports EHS (electronic hook switch), an EHS cable is the tidier route. The HL10 lifter in this bundle is the universal answer for phones without EHS — it mechanically lifts the handset for you.

Will it work with my desk phone?

The CS540 base connects to standard desk phones, and the HL10 covers remote answer on models without EHS. Tell us your phone model and we will confirm the right setup before you order.

Why DECT rather than Bluetooth?
