Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy the base station separately?

No — this listing is the complete bundle including the base station and handset(s) described in the box contents below, ready to deploy.

How many handsets can one base station support?

This varies by base station model; call us or check the manufacturer's datasheet if you plan to expand beyond the handsets included in this bundle.

What is the effective range?

Range depends on building layout — walls, floors and metal fittings will reduce it from the open-air figure. Indoor range is always lower than the open-air figure due to walls and floors.

Is it PoE powered?

Check the box contents below for the exact power supply included with this bundle; many DECT base stations support PoE as an alternative to the supplied adapter.

Not sure which model fits? Call 0333 242 1314 or email sales@clisecure.com and we will help you find the right fit.
