The Snom M58 is a fully-fledged desk phone with no Ethernet cable in sight — it connects over DECT to the Snom M500 base station, making it perfect for permanent or mobile office workplaces, pop-up desks and hot-desking areas where cabling is impractical or unsightly. A generous 5-inch colour display, fresh design and antibacterial housing complete the desk-phone experience.
Using 8 of its 24 programmable LED buttons, Snom's Shared Call Emulation can be activated alongside standard functions: up to 16 calls can be distributed, held and monitored system-wide on an M500 base — without programming knowledge and independently of the VoIP provider. Bluetooth headphones are supported too.
Administration is painless: all settings are made centrally using zero-touch provisioning, and software updates arrive over the air when needed. Pair it with Snom M55 handsets on the same system for staff who roam.

Does the M58 need a network cable at the desk?
No — that is the point. The M58 connects over DECT to a Snom M500 base station, so the desk needs only power. It is ideal where Ethernet cabling is missing or unwanted.
Which base station does it require?
The Snom M500. On that base, up to 16 calls can be distributed, held and monitored system-wide using Shared Call Emulation.
Do I need programming skills to set up shared calls?
No — Shared Call Emulation is activated on 8 of the 24 programmable LED buttons without any programming knowledge, and it works independently of your VoIP provider.
Can I use a wireless headset?
Yes, Bluetooth headphones are supported. A corded handset with curly cord is also included in the box.
