Industrial sites often need powerful multicell DECT across large, free-standing areas — yards, loading bays, storage compounds — and the M900 OD answers with a robust, multi-tested housing purpose-built for Snom's flagship base station.

Certified to IP55, the housing is impervious to dust and to splash or rainwater, protecting the base reliably in all weather conditions. There is even room inside for additional equipment such as a heating unit (not included) for the harshest climates. As part of an M900 multicell installation, outdoor cells join the same seamless-handover network as the indoor ones, so handsets like the M65 — or the IP65-rated M80 for outdoor staff — roam the whole site without dropping calls.
