How is a Wi-Fi hotel phone powered?

A Wi-Fi phone does not draw power over ethernet, so each unit needs local power at the room point. Confirm the power arrangement with us when you order and we will make sure the right adapters are on the order.

Is our hotel Wi-Fi good enough for voice?

Usually, but it needs checking: voice wants consistent coverage in every room, ideally on a dedicated SSID or VLAN. We are happy to sanity-check your wireless setup before you commit to a property-wide rollout.

Can the faceplate be branded like the wired H3?

Yes — the H3W takes the same style of printed faceplate insert, so branding is consistent whether a room has the wired or wireless model.
