Can we put our hotel's branding on the phone?

Yes — the H3's faceplate is designed to take a printed insert, so the service keys and logo area can carry your property's branding. We can advise on artwork templates before you commit to a full rollout.

Does the H3 need a separate power supply?

Not if your switch provides PoE — that is the tidy way to deploy it. A PSU is not included in the box; if you need local power, order the optional adapter alongside.

Will it integrate with our hotel PBX or hosted platform?

The H3 is a standard SIP phone, so it works with mainstream hosted platforms and hotel PBX systems, including the usual hospitality features driven from the PBX side such as wake-up calls and MWI.

What is the difference between the H3 and the H3W?

The H3W adds built-in Wi-Fi, which removes the need for an ethernet run to each room point — useful in listed buildings or where re-cabling is impractical.
