Where the larger H3 and H5 suit the main desk phone position, the H2U is the one to specify for second-phone points, bathrooms and compact rooms. This is the black version; the same phone is available in white.

Frequently asked questions

Does the H2U support PoE?

Yes. The H2U powers over PoE, so a single ethernet run per room point is all it needs. If your switch is not PoE, a separate power supply is available — it is not included in the box, so tell us when you order.

Can we brand the speed-dial keys?

Yes. The speed-dial area takes printable paper labels, so you can label keys for reception, room service and housekeeping in your own house style. Ask us about label templates before your rollout.

Will it work with our hosted PBX?

The H2U is a standard SIP phone and registers to mainstream hosted platforms and on-premise PBXs. We can pre-check compatibility and provisioning against your platform before shipping.

What is the difference between this and the white H2U?

Colour only — the black and white versions are functionally identical, so you can mix them across room grades.
