The Fortinet FortiExtender 511F brings 5G Sub-6GHz cellular to the FortiExtender range, using a Dual SIM 5G M.2 module (Quectel RM-502Q-AE) with 2x2 and 4x4 MIMO to deliver industry-leading data speeds for branch offices and other bandwidth-hungry remote sites.

Integration with FortiGate appliances gives a single pane of glass for managing both the wired and wireless WAN connections and their security, reducing the total cost of ownership for branch WAN and simplifying remote-site management.

It can be located indoors or outdoors up to 100m from the FortiGate appliance or network switch, and is managed either directly from the FortiGate or hosted via FortiExtender Cloud, which supports an unlimited number of units worldwide.
