VPN performance reaches 1.5 Gbps over WireGuard and OpenVPN DCO, with concurrent tunnels, policy-based routing, automatic failover and a kill switch — privacy without the usual speed penalty.

What does Wi-Fi 7 give me over Wi-Fi 6?

The Flint 4 adds a 6 GHz band at up to 8,646 Mbps and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), which lets devices use multiple bands at once. The result is more bandwidth per device, less congestion and better responsiveness under heavy load than Wi-Fi 6 routers can offer.

How fast is the VPN?

Up to 1.5 Gbps over WireGuard and OpenVPN with DCO acceleration, measured on a local network in client mode. You can run multiple tunnels at once with policy-based routing, automatic profile failover and a kill switch that blocks any traffic that would bypass the VPN.

Do I need fibre to use the 10G ports?

No. The 10G SFP+ port suits fibre uplinks and high-end switching, while the separate 10GE WAN/LAN copper port serves NAS systems, workstations or a multi-gig internet uplink. Three 2.5GE LAN ports and four gigabit LAN ports handle everything else.

How large a home can it cover?
