GL-S10 is an ESP32-powered BLE to MQTT IoT gateway that connects your Bluetooth Low Energy devices to the cloud. It facilitates communication between beacons and servers such as an MQTT broker or AWS IoT, providing a cost-effective way to transmit BLE broadcast data upstream. An optional beacon for testing and a tool app are available for fast, easy deployment and configuration.
The gateway connects to the internet over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (as a station to a parent router) or through its WAN Ethernet port, and its built-in standard MQTT client can talk to any standard MQTT server. Power comes from Micro USB (5V/1A) or PoE, and consumption stays under 1.5 W even at full capacity — a minimalist, low-cost, low-power IoT communication solution proven in healthcare asset management and smart agriculture.

What does a BLE gateway actually do?
It listens to nearby BLE devices and beacons, then relays their broadcast data to a cloud server — GL-S10's built-in MQTT client connects to any standard MQTT server (including AWS IoT) and forwards incoming BLE messages upstream. Typical uses include hospital asset management and real-time livestock temperature monitoring.
Can GL-S10 work as a Wi-Fi access point?
No. GL-S10 uses Wi-Fi as a station to connect to a parent router (or connects via its WAN port); it cannot be used as a Wi-Fi access point.
How is it powered?
Via Micro USB at 5V/1A or via PoE power input. Normal operating consumption is under 0.5 W, and under 1.5 W at full capacity.
