Grandstream Customised Lens for GHP621W Hotel Phone

The Grandstream GHP621W customised lens is the printed overlay that sits over the speed-dial keys on the phone in the room. It is what turns a row of anonymous buttons into Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service and Concierge — and what carries the property's own name and colours on the handset a guest picks up.

On a hotel phone this is not decoration. A guest will use a labelled key and will not use an unlabelled one, so the lens is the difference between a room service line that gets called and one that does not. It is also the part that gets replaced when services change, when a property is rebranded, or when a lens is marked or faded after a few years in a room.

Is artwork included, or do I supply it?

Customised lenses are printed to the property's own design. Send us your artwork requirements with the order and we will confirm the format, lead time and minimum quantity before anything is produced.

What is the minimum order for a printed run?

Print runs carry a minimum, and it is normally worth doing a whole property at once rather than a floor at a time. Tell us the room count and we will quote it.

Can I change the labels later?

Yes — order a new lens run. The keys themselves are configured on the phone, so relabelling and reprogramming are two separate jobs; do them together when services change.

Does it fit other GHP models?

This lens is cut for the GHP621W. Other models in the range have different key layouts — send us the model number and we will confirm.
