The Grandstream RFID card bundle is the credentials side of a GDS door entry system — the cards staff and residents present at the reader to open the door. They are supplied blank and are enrolled against a user in the GDS configuration, so a card can be issued, reassigned or revoked without touching the hardware.
Cards suit anyone who already carries a lanyard or a wallet: office staff, site contractors, students, care home employees. Where a credential lives on a keyring instead, the matching fob bundle is usually the better format — many sites buy both and let people choose.

How many cards are in a bundle?
Pack quantities vary between production batches. If the exact count matters for your order, ask us to confirm the current pack size before you buy.
Do the cards come pre-programmed?
No — and that is the point. Each card is enrolled against a user in the GDS unit, so you control who it belongs to and can revoke it the moment it goes missing.
Will they work with a non-Grandstream reader?
These are supplied for the GDS range. Other manufacturers' readers use their own credential formats and frequencies, so do not assume interoperability — send us the reader model and we will check.
What happens if someone loses a card?
Delete it from the GDS user list and issue another. The lost card stops working immediately, which is the main advantage of a credential over a mechanical key.
Can I order a larger quantity for a new site?
Yes. Tell us how many credentials you need and we will price them alongside the door entry hardware.
