Grandstream Spare Charging Cradle with PSU for WP820

The Grandstream WP820 charging cradle is the desktop dock the handset ships with, sold on its own and supplied with its power supply. It is the part that goes missing first — cradles migrate between desks, get borrowed, and end up in a drawer on the other side of the building while the handset it belongs to sits flat.

A second cradle is also how a two-shift site keeps handsets working. One pack charges in the spare cradle while the other is in the phone, so a swap takes seconds instead of taking the handset out of service for a charge cycle. Putting a cradle at each end of a large site removes the walk back to the office at break time.

Frequently asked questions

Is the power supply included?

Yes. The cradle is supplied with its PSU, so it works out of the box.

Will it charge a WP822, WP825 or WP826?

No. Those handsets have different housings and their own cradles, which we list separately.

Can I charge a spare battery on its own in the cradle?

The cradle charges the handset with the pack fitted rather than a loose battery. The usual approach is a second handset-and-cradle position, or a spare pack swapped into the phone and charged in the cradle.

Do I need one cradle per handset?

Each handset ships with one. Buy extras when a cradle has gone missing, or when you want a second charging point at the other end of a site.
