The Grandstream WP825 charging cradle is the desktop dock supplied with the handset, sold separately and complete with its power supply. The WP825 is the ruggedised handset in the WP range, and it tends to be deployed where kit takes a beating — which is exactly where a spare cradle earns its keep.
A second cradle is also how a shift operation keeps handsets working. One battery charges in the spare while the other is in the phone, so a swap takes seconds instead of parking a handset for a full charge cycle. On a large site, a charging point at each end saves the walk back to the office.

Is the power supply included?
Yes. The cradle is supplied with its PSU, so it works out of the box.
Will it charge a WP820 or WP822?
No. Each handset in the WP range has its own cradle, and we list them separately.
Can I charge a loose battery in it?
The cradle charges the handset with the pack fitted, not a battery on its own. For shift working, keep a spare pack and swap it into the phone.
Do I need one cradle per handset?
Each handset ships with one. Buy extras to replace a missing cradle, or to add a second charging point elsewhere on site.
It shows as out of stock — can you get one?
Yes. This is a stocked line that moves in and out; tell us the quantity and we will confirm lead time from the distributor.
