The Grandstream WP822 charging cradle is the desktop dock supplied with the handset, sold separately and complete with its power supply. Cradles wander — they get borrowed between desks and end up in a drawer while the handset they belong to runs flat — so keeping spares on the shelf is worth doing on any fleet of size.
A second cradle is also what makes shift working practical. One battery charges in the spare cradle while the other is in the handset, so a swap takes seconds rather than taking the phone out of service. On a large site, a cradle at each end saves the walk back to the office at break time.

Is the power supply included?
Yes. The cradle is supplied with its PSU, so it works out of the box.
Will it charge a WP820?
No. The WP820 has a different housing and its own cradle, which we list separately.
Can I charge a loose battery in it?
The cradle charges the handset with the pack fitted, not a battery on its own. For shift working, keep a spare pack and swap it into the phone.
Do I need one cradle per handset?
Each handset ships with one. Buy extras to replace a missing cradle, or to add a second charging point elsewhere on site.
Can you quote a project quantity?
