The QD (Quick Disconnect) termination connects to your desk phone through the matching Jabra bottom cable or amplifier, and lets agents unclip and leave the desk without ending the call. Prefer one ear open? Choose the Biz 2300 Mono QD. Connecting to a PC instead? The Biz 2300 Duo MS USB plugs straight into a USB-A port.

Do I need a QD cable?

Yes — QD headsets are sold without a bottom cable so the cord can be matched to your phone model. Tell us which desk phones you run and we will confirm the correct Jabra QD cable or amplifier before you order.

Biz 1500 or Biz 2300 — what is the difference?

Both are professional corded contact centre headsets; the Biz 2300 is the more robust, mid-range series designed for heavier, all-day use, while the Biz 1500 is the entry-level, cost-conscious option.

Can it work with a PC?

Not in QD form on its own — either add a Jabra QD-to-USB adapter cable, or choose the USB version outright.
