The QD (Quick Disconnect) termination connects to your desk phone through the matching Jabra bottom cable or amplifier — or to a PC with a QD-to-USB cable — and lets agents unclip and step away mid-call. For the very noisiest floors there is the Biz 2400 II Duo UNC with the ultra noise-cancelling microphone; for tighter budgets the Biz 2300 Duo QD is the mid-range option.
