Frequently asked questions

Does it connect to both my desk phone and my PC?

Yes — the RJ9 cable links the base to the desk phone and the USB cable to the PC, and calls from either route through the same headset.

Why DECT rather than Bluetooth?

DECT is a dedicated wireless voice standard: much greater range around the building, and no contention with Wi-Fi or paired mobiles. It is the technology of choice for professional deskbound-but-roaming call work.

Headband or neckband?

Both are in the box — the headband gives the most stable fit for long shifts, the neckband is lighter and more discreet. Swap between them as you like.

Can I answer the desk phone remotely?

Most desk phones need an EHS adapter or handset lifter for remote answering — tell us your phone model and we will supply the right one.
