Poly
PLAN_C5220-CPoly Blackwire Stereo USB-C Headset
The Poly Blackwire 5220 is a corded stereo headset designed to fit a busy workday. Its binaural, ergonomically designed frame is comfortable enough to wear all day — even on your longest calls — which makes it a favourite for account managers, support teams and anyone whose diary is wall-to-wall meetings.
It also solves the “which port?” problem neatly: with both USB-C and 3.5mm connectivity, it plugs into the compatible device of your choice — laptop over USB-C, or tablets and other devices over the 3.5mm jack. If you need a USB-A option as well, look at the Blackwire 5210 Stereo USB-C/A; the Blackwire C5220 USB is the straight-USB binaural alternative.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it with my mobile or tablet?
Yes — alongside USB-C, it has 3.5mm connectivity, so it plugs into any compatible device with a headphone jack as well as your laptop.
Is it comfortable for genuinely all-day use?
That is what it is designed for: the binaural, ergonomic design is intended to be worn comfortably all day, even on your longest calls.
How does it differ from the Blackwire 3300 series?
The 5200 series is Poly's step-up corded range with a more refined build and comfort level for heavier call loads; the 3300 series is the value option for lighter use.
