The Snom HD100 is a slimline SIP telephone for hotel and guest rooms, from the German manufacturer whose HD-series has become a staple of hospitality refits. It covers exactly what a guest room needs — speed dials to reception, housekeeping and other hotel facilities, hands-free calling and mute — and deliberately nothing more.

For the operator, the useful parts are behind the scenes: PoE power and gigabit Ethernet drop it onto a centrally managed network with one cable per room, all settings are administered centrally, and the antibacterial housing wipes down easily between stays. Faceplate labelling lets you brand each phone to the property. If guests should roam the room, the HD101 adds a cordless DECT handset.

How is it powered?

Over Ethernet (PoE) — the standard approach for room phones. No PSU is included, and on a PoE network you will not miss it.

How do we configure hundreds of rooms?

Centrally — the HD100 is designed for central provisioning, so room numbers, speed dials and branding are pushed from your management platform rather than configured handset by handset.

Does it work with hosted PBX and hotel platforms?

It is a standards-based SIP phone and integrates with PBXs commonly used behind hotel systems. Tell us your PBX/PMS setup and we will confirm the fit.

Can we brand the phone?
