Snom HD101 Hotel Phone with DECT Wireless Handset (no PSU)

The Snom HD101 is the cordless variant of the HD100 guest-room phone: the same slimline SIP base with speed dials, hands-free, hold and mute, plus a DECT wireless handset so guests can move around the room — or suite — while on a call. For larger suites and apartments it expands with up to three additional HD1 DECT handsets from a single base.

Operationally it behaves exactly as a hotel IT team would want: PoE and gigabit Ethernet for one-cable rooms, fully central administration, an antibacterial wipe-clean housing and large LED call and message indicators. If cordless is unnecessary, the corded HD100 trims the cost per room.

Frequently asked questions

How is it powered?

The base runs on PoE over its Ethernet connection; no PSU is included. The DECT handset charges on the base as you would expect.

How many handsets per room?

The supplied handset plus up to three additional HD1 DECT handsets — four in total from one base, which comfortably covers a suite or apartment.

Can everything be managed centrally?

Yes — all settings are administered centrally, so rollout and room changes are done from your provisioning platform, not in the rooms.

Will it work behind our hotel PBX?

It is a standards-based SIP device and sits behind the PBXs typically used with hotel PMS integrations. Tell us your setup and we will confirm before you order.
