The Snom HD351W is the most flexible room phone in the HD-series: a slimline SIP base with a cordless DECT handset, connecting over PoE Ethernet where cabling exists or over WLAN — with the included power supply — where it does not. One model covers cabled floors, WiFi-only annexes and premium suites.
Guests get freedom of movement plus the essentials: speed dials to all hotel facilities and rooms, hands-free calling, hold and mute. Suites can grow to five handsets in total with up to four additional HD3 DECT handsets on the same base. Housekeeping gets the antibacterial easy-clean housing; IT gets full central administration and large LED call and message indicators guests actually notice.

How is it powered?
Two ways: PoE when connected over Ethernet, or the included mains PSU when running over WLAN. Both are in scope out of the box — this model ships with its power supply.
How many handsets can one room have?
The included DECT handset plus up to four additional HD3 handsets — five in total, enough for large suites and serviced apartments.
Can we mix it with wired HD-series phones?
Yes — it is administered centrally alongside the rest of the HD range, so mixed wired/wireless estates stay on one management platform.
Will it work with our hotel PBX?
It is a standards-based SIP device used behind common hospitality PBX/PMS stacks — tell us yours and we will confirm before you order.
