The Snom HD350W solves the problem that stalls many hotel telephony refits: rooms with no Ethernet drop. With WLAN built in and a power supply included in the box, it goes into any room that has a socket — no recabling, no unsightly trunking through a finished interior.
It is a corded, slimline SIP hospitality phone in the modern HD-series mould: speed dials to hotel facilities, hands-free calling, central administration of every setting, an antibacterial easy-clean housing and clear LED call and message indicators. Where rooms do have network cabling, it connects over Ethernet in the usual way. If guests should also roam with a cordless handset, choose the HD351W.

Is the power supply really included?
Yes — unlike most of this range, the HD350W ships with its PSU, because a WiFi-connected phone cannot draw PoE.
Is hotel WiFi reliable enough for room phones?
On a managed property WLAN with sensible coverage, yes. We recommend a dedicated SSID/VLAN for the phones — ask us and we will sanity-check your setup.
Can it still use a network cable?
Yes — where a room has Ethernet you can cable it and keep WiFi for the rooms that need it.
How is it provisioned across many rooms?
Centrally, like the whole HD-series — room identity, speed dials and branding are pushed from your management platform.
