Yealink T74U IP Phone (No PSU)

The T74U sits one step above the T73U in Yealink's refreshed T7x range: the same modern platform, but with a larger high-definition colour TFT screen that makes directories, call lists and line keys easier to work with on busier desks. It is the natural pick for managers and heavy phone users who do not need a touch screen.

Like the rest of the series it uses a Hall-switch handset hook for silent hang-ups, supports USB headsets and USB call recording, and manages Yealink headsets — configuration, firmware updates and wearing detection — from the phone's own display.

If the desk has no cabling or the user wants Bluetooth headsets without an adapter, the T74W adds Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 to this same phone. No PSU is included with this variant — PoE is the intended power source.

Is a power supply included?

No — this is the No PSU variant and it ships without one. Power it over PoE, or order the optional Yealink PSU for non-PoE desks.

What do I gain over the T73U?

Mainly the display: a larger, sharper colour TFT that suits users who live in directories, BLF keys and call lists. The underlying platform and audio are shared across the T7x range.

Will it provision against my hosted PBX?

Yes — it is a standards-based SIP phone and the T7x range is being certified across the mainstream hosted platforms. Tell us your provider and we will confirm current provisioning support first.

Does it support wireless headsets?

Yealink DECT headsets via EHS, and USB headsets directly. For Bluetooth headsets without an adapter you want the T74W, which has Bluetooth 5.0 built in.
