The Fanvil X2P is a call-centre focused SIP phone, designed around a unique auto-answer foot/stand mechanism so an agent can pick up a call without touching the handset. A 2.8-inch 320×240 colour LCD and dual 10/100 Ethernet ports with integrated PoE round out a phone built specifically for high-volume desk use.
It registers 2 SIP lines and supports SRTP, HTTPS and TLS for encrypted signalling and media, plus VLAN and QoS tagging for busy call-centre networks. An RJ9 port and 3.5mm jack cover both electronic hook switch (EHS) headsets and standard wired headsets.
