The Fortinet FortiExtender 201E is a 3G/4G LTE wireless WAN extender built to provide a reliable, stable connection for these use cases.
Integration with a FortiGate gives single pane of glass management of both wired and wireless WAN connections and their security, reducing the total cost of ownership of the WAN.
It can be sited indoors or outdoors, up to 100m from the FortiGate or network switch, to maximise 3G/4G LTE signal strength without lossy antenna cables or limited-strength USB modems, and can be managed from the FortiGate itself or from FortiExtender Cloud.
