The Fortinet FortiExtender 211E is a 3G/4G LTE wireless WAN extender built to provide a reliable, stable connection for these applications.
Integration with a FortiGate gives single pane of glass management of the wired and wireless WAN connections and their security, reducing the total cost of ownership of the WAN.
It can be sited to maximise 3G/4G LTE signal strength, up to 100m from the FortiGate or network switch, without lossy antenna cables or limited-strength USB modems, and can be managed from the FortiGate or from FortiExtender Cloud, which offers hosted management of an unlimited number of FortiExtenders worldwide.
