This licence adds 16 extra concurrent calls to the IP PBX inside a Grandstream GCC60xx — the big-step call-capacity upgrade.

Concurrent calls are the ceiling people actually hit. Extensions decide who has a number; concurrent calls decide how many conversations run at once. When a sales floor or a support desk grows, call volume grows faster than headcount — sixteen more channels moves the ceiling far enough that it stops being a weekly incident.

How do I know I need concurrent calls and not extensions?

Symptoms differ. Short of extensions: someone cannot be given a number. Short of concurrent calls: everyone has a number but callers get busy tones or dead air at peak times. This licence fixes the second problem.

Four or sixteen?

Look at how often and how hard you hit the ceiling. Occasional busy-hour clipping: the +4. Regular saturation or a growing team: this one, or a user-plus-call bundle if seats are also short.
