Grandstream GDS Extra 10 App Users

This licence adds 10 extra app users to a Grandstream SecureAccess organisation — the cloud platform behind GDS door stations, where residents and staff answer the door, see the visitor and unlock from their phones.

App users are the real capacity limit of a door system. The door station serves one door; the app decides how many people can answer it. Each GDS device brings a base allowance of SecureAccess app users, and allowances pool across the organisation — when a building gains flats, staff or a new block, this licence grows the pool by ten without touching the hardware.

Yes — plans on devices in the same organisation combine into one total, and add-on licences like this one grow that total.

Ten or fifty?

Count the people who genuinely need to answer the door, then think about turnover. Past a couple of ten-packs, the 50-user licence is the cheaper route.
