How does it connect to my phone?

Via the included RJ11 cable from the base to your desk phone. Tell us your phone model and we will confirm compatibility — and whether an EHS adapter or handset lifter would let you answer calls remotely.

Can I answer calls away from my desk?

You can take and end calls from the headset; to answer a ringing desk phone while away from it, most phones need an EHS cable or handset lifter, which we can supply to match your phone.
