The EncorePro HW710D is a monaural corded headset from Poly's contact-centre EncorePro 700 family — built for agents who wear a headset for entire shifts, day after day. The noise-cancelling microphone keeps busy contact-centre background out of the customer's ear, while the single-ear design lets agents stay aware of supervisors and colleagues.
This is the D (digital) variant, designed to connect through a compatible Poly USB audio processor or connection cable rather than plugging in directly — tell us what it will connect to and we will supply the right adapter. Need both ears covered with USB in the box? See the EncorePro HW725 USB. For wireless agents, the CS540 DECT cuts the cord.
